TRASH & RECYCLING CONTAINERS
HOA has received numerous complaints in regards to trash and recycling containers being left out on non-garbage days. Please be advised that Article 7.7 of the Master Declaration states that "containers shall be stored in such manner that they cannot be seen from adjacent and surrounding property."

Reminders
- School is back in session! Please be careful of children walking and exercise caution when driving past bus stops. Remember to stop for all school buses and as always, obey posted speed limits.
- As a safety issue, children should not play in the landscaping or near parking pads.
- Please respect other residents' private spaces and do not cut through yards of people you do not know.
- Please remember that parking pads in the Landings and Woods are for visitors only. In addition, street parking throughout Willowbrook is limited to the non-hydrant side of the street.
- Dumping is not allowed in the woods or in any of the common areas.
